The Digital Forensic Research Workshop is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose goal is to bring together researchers, industry, academics, law enforcement, and military in the field of digital forensics.
Each year since 2001 they have held an annual workshop in August in various cities across the United States. The archives contain speaker bios, photos, articles, etc. There was a challenge issued for the 2005 and 2006 workshops.
